Mr. Rischitelli’s practice focuses on probate, estate planning, and taxation. As part of his practice, he routinely serves as a court-appointed guardian or conservator in a number of wardship cases, some of which are extraordinarily complex.
Over the years, he has also represented and worked with professional athletes, particularly baseball players, in connection with a wide array of legal and personal planning matters. He therefore has a working knowledge of various aspects of sports and entertainment law.
He has clerked for a judge of the Summit County (Akron), Ohio probate court, and has also worked as part of a regional bank’s private client group and trust department.
